Canada Pledges Continued Support for Sri Lanka's Economic Recovery

Colombo (News 1st); Canada has pledged its continued support to the economic stabilization programme in Sri Lanka.

This was during discussions between the Canadian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Eric Walsh and the State Minister of Finance Shehan Semasinghe at the Ministry of Finance.

In a post on X, the minister said the economic and other important reforms carried out in Sri Lanka and the country's economic stabilization program including the progress in the debt restructuring process was also further discussed during the discussions.
