Two Detainees Escape From A'pura Prison

COLOMBO (News 1st); Two detainees have escapted from the Anuradhapura Open Air Prison.

According to Gamini B. Dissanayake, the Prison Media Spokesperson, the incident occurred earlier this morning.

Dissanayake reported that the escape transpired within the confines of the prison canteen.

Efforts are presently underway, as stated by the prison media spokesman, to locate and apprehend the fugitive detainees.
