Deadline approaching for Appeals and Objections on Aswasuma Welfare Benefits Scheme

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The deadline for filing appeals and objections concerning the Aswasuma welfare benefits scheme will be on Monday (10). State Minister of Finance, Shehan Semasinghe, announced that thus far, 835,000 appeals and over 11,000 objections have been received.

The minister urges individuals to submit their appeals and objections to the respective divisional secretaries before the deadline on Monday (10). Additionally, the minister revealed that next month, applications will be invited again for the selection of new Aswasuma beneficiaries for the upcoming year.
