Merchant Shipping Secretariat to be relocated

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Merchant Shipping Secretariat of Sri Lanka announced that it would suspend general services on the 28th and 31st of July 2023.

A statement noted that the decision to suspend general services on those two days is due to the relocation of the Merchant Shipping Secretariat to a new building.

At present, the Merchant Shipping Secretariat operates from Colpetty as a temporary measure, and it would be relocated to Maradana.

The Merchant Shipping Secretariat noted that emergency services will be entertained via email, and all requests and materials can be directed to the following email addresses.
