Do not pay money to any external party for nursing jobs in Israel, Foreign Employment Bureau warns

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau informs the public to refrain from giving money to any external party for nursing jobs in Israel.

The Bureau said that according to the Memorandum of Understanding between the two countries, Sri Lankans are entitled to nursing jobs in Israel only through the Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau.

Another group of individuals who got jobs in Israel are scheduled to leave for Israel on the 26th.

The Sri Lankan Foreign Employment Bureau said that since the 28th of April 2022, 389 Sri Lankans have received work permits in the nursing sector in Israel.
