Telugu song 'Naatu Naatu' poised to make Oscars history

Colombo (News 1st) - The blockbuster Telugu song 'Naatu Naatu' may make history if as expected it wins big at Sunday night's Oscar Awards at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, where its singers will also perform. Naatu means Dance in Telugu.

It has been nominated in the category of Best Original Song. It has already won similar categories at various other global awards including the Golden Globes, and Critics Choice awards.

It is a track from the Telugu blockbuster Rise, Roar, Revolt, or RRR, which tells a fictional tale of two revolutionaries who revolt against British rule in India. It was composed by M.M. Keeravani with lyrics written by Chandrabose.
