Cabinet drops MoP fertilizer price to Rs.9000

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Cabinet has approved to impose a price of Rs. 9,000 for a pack of Muriate of Potash (MoP) fertiliser also known as 'Bundi Pohora'.
Agriculture Minister Mahinda Amaraweera said a pack of Muriate of Potash (MoP) fertiliser was previously sold for over Rs. 19,000/-
