Over 100 mm rain for Western, Sabaragamuwa and Southern provinces

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Met Department predicts that the prevailing showery condition in the South West is likely to continue due to low level atmospheric disturbance.

Showers or thundershowers will occur at times in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Southern and North-western provinces and in Kandy and Nuwara-Eliya districts.

Heavy showers, above 100 mm are likely at some places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa and Southern provinces.
