Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thero Remanded Until Tomorrow

COLOMBO (News 1st) - General Secretary of the Bodu Bala Sena organisation Ven. Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thero, has been remanded until tomorrow.

The order was issued when he was produced before the Colombo Magistrate’s Court this afternoon.

Gnanasara Thero was arrested while hiding at an Aranya Senasana in Theeniyawala. 

At the time of his arrest, open warrants had been issued against him by the Court of Appeal, while warrants had also been issued by the Colombo High Court and the Colombo Magistrate’s Court.
