Three Killed, Including 10-Day-Old Baby, In Anuradhapura Road Accident

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Three people, including a 10-day-old baby, have been killed in a collision between a cab and a three-wheeler in Gonamariyawa, Kabithigollewa, Anuradhapura.

Police said two women were among those killed.

The deceased women were aged 51 and 26 and were residents of the Yaya 10, Sripura area.

The driver of the three-wheeler, who was injured in the accident, has been admitted to the Anuradhapura Hospital.

The driver of the cab has been arrested in connection with the incident.
