Namal Rajapaksa Leaves FCID After Nearly Five-Hour Statement

COLOMBO (News 1st): SLPP National Organizer and MP Namal Rajapaksa has left the Police Financial Crimes Investigation Division, after giving a statement for nearly five hours.

He appeared before the Police Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID) this morning, following a summons issued by the FCID. 

The summons was issued by the FCID in connection with an ongoing investigation into the purchase of the Tangalle Bay Hotel, using funds obtained from Channel CSN.
