Four Suspects Remanded Over Ratmalana Grenade Attack

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Four suspects arrested in connection with a hand grenade attack on a house in Ratmalana have been remanded in custody until the 19th.

This order was issued after the suspects were produced before the Mount Lavinia Magistrate's Court.

It has now been revealed that the grenade attack was carried out under the direction of an organized criminal currently residing overseas.

Police stated that the cause of the hand grenade attack, which was carried out on the house in Ratmalana on the 5th, was a dispute between organized criminals.
