Four SDIGs And Six ASPs Transferred With Immediate Effect

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka Police Headquarters announced that four Senior Deputy Inspectors General of Police (SDIGs) and six Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASPs) have been transferred with immediate effect.

Police said that these transfers were carried out with the approval of the National Police Commission.

The transferred Senior Deputy Inspectors General of Police are W.K. Jayalath, W.S.E. Jayasundara, U.P.A.D.K.P. Karunanayake, and G.M.H.B. Siriwardena.

The Assistant Superintendents of Police who have been transferred are C.A.B. Jayasundara, A.D. Seneviratne, A.P.N.S.S. Perera, W.A.K.I.P. Premathilaka, D.M.S.P.K. Dissanayake, and N.P. Thushantha.
