Police Curfew Lifted In Areas Surrounding Mahara Prison

COLOMBO (News 1st): Sri Lanka Police have lifted the curfew that was imposed in three Grama Niladhari divisions surrounding the Mahara Prison.
The Police Curfew had been imposed in the Grama Niladari Divisions of 246 Kandaliyadda Paluwa West, 246C Kandaliyadda Road North and 181/G Dambuwa.
The Curfew was imposed last night following the unrest that erupted among inmates at the Mahara Prison.
