Two Arrested In Kompannavidiya With Over Rs. 27 Million In Undisclosed Funds

COLOMBO (News 1st): Two suspects have been arrested in the Park Street area of Kompannavidiya, along with over Rs. 27 million for failing to disclose the source of the earnings.
The arrest was made by a team of officers from the Colombo Central Crime Investigation Bureau.
The suspects, aged 54 and 59, were arrested while traveling in a car.
They are residents of Colombo 13 and Colombo 14.
The Colombo Central Crime Investigation Bureau stated that further investigations are underway regarding how the suspects had received the money.
