Sri Lanka tour of West Indies 2026: Sri Lanka Beat West Indies for a Dominant 37-Run Victory in Second T20I

COLOMBO (News 1st): Sri Lanka secured a convincing 37-run victory over the West Indies in the second T20I played in Kingston.

Batting first, Sri Lanka posted a competitive total of 194/6 in their allotted 20 overs. 

Kamil Mishara top-scored with 61 runs, while Dasun Shanaka produced an unbeaten knock of 58 off just 24 balls, including five fours and four sixes.

Chasing a target of 195, the West Indies were bowled out for 157 runs in 18.1 overs, falling well short of the target.

With the ball, Dushmantha Chameera and Wanindu Hasaranga starred for Sri Lanka, claiming three wickets each to help seal the victory.
