Suspect Arrested in Kadawatha with Over 1.5kg of 'Ice'

COLOMBO (News 1st): A suspect has been arrested in the Pahala Biyanwila area of Kadawatha with 1 kilogram and 568 grams of Methamphetamine, commonly known as 'Ice'.
The arrest was made during a raid conducted by officers of the Western Province Northern Crimes Division.
The arrested suspect is a 41-year-old resident of the Peliyagoda area.
Police have also taken into custody 02 mobile phones, 03 bank cards, and a car that were in the suspect's possession.
