COLOMBO (News 1st); Sobanahandi Sanath de Silva, alias "Raju", a member of an organized crime gang who was in the custody of Indian security forces, was brought back to the island last night (17)
He is the brother of "Karandeniya Sudda", a prominent leader of an organized crime syndicate.
Raju was recently arrested by Indian security forces in New Delhi, having traveled there from Dubai.
