Three Arrested in STF Raid Targeting Drug Network Linked to 'Batuwatte Chamara'

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Three suspects were arrested in connection with drug trafficking activities linked to organized crime figure 'Batuwatte Chamara', following a raid conducted by the Sri Lanka Police Special Task Force.

During the operation, officers reportedly recovered 25 grams and 400 milligrams of ICE along with cash and 70 narcotic pills from the possession of the suspects.

The Sri Lanka Police Special Task Force said that the suspects were subsequently handed over to the Ragama Police Station for further legal action and investigations.
