Sathosa to Release 20 Essential Food Items in Bulk for Festive Season

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Chairman of Lanka Sathosa, Samitha Perera said steps have been taken to release 20 essential food items in bulk to the market ahead of the festive season.

He stated that these measures are being implemented in collaboration with government institutions, cooperative societies, and private sector traders. 

The items will be distributed through the wholesale centers in Matara and Kurunegala, and plans are underway to construct three additional wholesale centers in the future.
