Fifth Commercial High Court to Open Tomorrow

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The fifth Commercial High Court in the country will be opened tomorrow.
The new High Court is located within the Hulftsdorp Court Complex.
The establishment of a new commercial court to streamline commercial litigation has also been included among the recommendations of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
This is the second Commercial High Court to be set up since Chief Justice Preethi Padman Surasena assumed office.
