Fuel Stocks Adequate, Panic Buying Unnecessary: Lanka IOC Assures

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Lanka IOC PLC has assured the public that there is no shortage of petrol or diesel in the country, emphasizing that its fuel stocks are adequate and sufficient across all supply locations.

According to the Company, current stock levels are sufficient for 34 days of petrol and 26 days of diesel. 

Lanka IOC urged customers to avoid panic buying or unnecessary stockpiling, stressing that fuel supply remains stable.

The Company also confirmed that all supply locations will remain operational during public holidays to ensure uninterrupted fuel distribution to retail outlets, preventing any inconvenience to the public.
