Health Minister Nalinda Jayatissa Departs for Bangladesh to Attend Swearing-in Ceremony

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Minister of Health and Mass Media, Dr. Nalinda Jayathissa, has departed for Bangladesh to attend the swearing-in ceremony of the country’s new cabinet.

The visit follows an official invitation from Bangladesh, which was extended to 13 countries, including Sri Lanka, to witness the transition of power.

The swearing in ceremony of the new cabinet led by Tarique Rahman of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), is scheduled to be held on the 17th of February.
