CID Extradites Three Fugitives from Dubai Including Two Hitmen and Former Embassy Official

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) today extradited three fugitives from Dubai, including two suspected hitmen and a woman wanted for financial misappropriation.

According to the Police, one of the suspects, Kirieldeniye Don Rasika Chaminda Kumara, alias "Chuti Malli," has an open warrant issued against him by the Kandana Police in connection with a murder case.

The second suspect, Raveen Chaminda Weerasinghe, alias "Puncha," is wanted by the Police for several shootings in Elpitiya.

The third suspect, Hewa Kasakara Rupa Nishamani de Silva, is wanted for the misappropriation of state funds in 2014 while she was serving as an accounts clerk at the Sri Lankan Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
