Postponed A/L Subjects to Resume Tomorrow

COLOMBO (News1st): The Department of Examinations says that the General Information Technology (GIT) examination for Grade 12 Advanced Level students is to be held today.

A total of 198,303 students are expected to sit for the GIT exam across 1,665 examination centers.

Meanwhile, The Department of Examinations says that all arrangements are complete to resume the remaining subjects of the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.

The GCE Advanced Level examination was previously postponed due to Cyclone Ditwah. 

Indika Kumari Liyanage, Commissioner General of Examinations, said that all question papers have already been dispatched to the examination centers. 

The examination is scheduled to be held from tomorrow until the 20th of January at 2,086 examination centers island-wide.
