COLOMBO(News 1st); The Ceylon Electricity Board has submitted a proposal to the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka, requesting a tariff increase for the first quarter of this year by 11.57 percent.
The PUCSL stated that it plans to conduct a formal review of the proposal.
Accordingly, the Commission will call for public consultation, and the final decision will be announced after reviewing the feedback received from the public.
