Thilini Priyamali Arrested Over Alleged Obstruction

COLOMBO (News 1st); Businesswoman Thilini Priyamali was arrested on allegations of interfering with judicial proceedings, police confirmed.

The arrest took place when Priyamali arrived at the Homagama Police Station to provide a statement.

She is accused of obstructing the duties of a court summons server attached to the Homagama District Court. 

Following her arrest, Priyamali is scheduled to be produced before the Homagama Magistrate’s Court later today.
