Online Registration for University Admission Begins Today

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Online registration for university admission based on the results of the Advanced Level (A/L) examination begins today.

University Grants Commission (UGC) said that prospective students can complete their registration by visiting the official UGC website at www.ugc.ac.lk. 

The registration window will remain open until 12 midnight on the 30th of this month.

Following the registration deadline, applicants will have a two-week period to revise their university preferences.

This year, approximately 43,300 students are expected to gain admission to universities based on their A/L examination results.
