COLOMBO (News 1st); Thusitha Halloluwa, who served as the Acting Director of the National Lotteries Board, Sri Lanka, was released on bail following orders from the Colombo Fort Magistrate's Court.
Thusitha Halloluwa, who served as the Acting Director of the National Lotteries Board was released on two sureties of Rs. 200,000/= each.
Colombo Fort Magistrate Nilupuli Lankapura also imposed an overseas travel ban on the suspect.
Thusitha Halloluwa surrendered to the court through a lawyer today for misusing a computer and mobile phone worth over Rs. 470,000/= during his tenure as the Acting Director of the National Lotteries Board.
