Illegally Imported Stock of Cigarettes Seized at BIA

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A suspect has been arrested at Katunayake Bandaranaike International Airport for smuggling cigarettes from Dubai.
He is a 25-year-old resident of Kotte.
The Police Narcotics Bureau Unit at the Katunayake Airport found 59,980 cigarettes in the suspect's possession.
Further investigations are ongoing.
