COLOMBO (News 1st); Former Minister Harin Fernando who was arrested has been released on bail after he was presented to the Badulla Magistrate court.
The court ordered the Former Minister to be released on a surety bail of five hundred thousand rupees.
Accordingly, the case will be taken up on the 20th of March 2025.
Former Minister Harin Fernando was arrested this morning over an alleged violation of election laws.
According to the police, Former Minister Harin Fernando was arrested, following his arrival at the Badulla Police Station to provide a statement.
