Friday Declared Holiday For Uva and Central Province Tamil Medium Schools

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Friday has been declared a special holiday for Tamil medium schools in the Uva and Central Provinces.
This is due to the Deepavali Festival being celebrated tomorrow.
The provincial Education Directors said that November 9th is designated as a day to cover up missed lessons.
