Police to Submit Election Security Budget

COLOMBO (News 1st); Reports have been collected from 45 police divisions regarding the estimated funds required for election duties.

A senior official stated that the final expenditure estimate will be prepared based on these reports.

The police have indicated that a comprehensive budget for security-related expenses will be promptly submitted to the Election Commission.
