Colombo (News 1st): Dr. Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe, PC the presidential candidate of the National Democratic Front, emphasized the urgent need for a leader capable of making direct and impactful decisions.
Dr. Rajapakshe highlighted the importance of prioritizing the nation's welfare over personal or familial interests.
"We have implemented the necessary legal reforms. Now, we need a leader who can make direct decisions, understand the people's problems, and govern with the country's best interests at heart," stated Dr. Rajapakshe.
He warned that this election could be the last chance to steer the country in the right direction. "If we make the wrong decision now, we risk becoming a colony again, as if we have surrendered to the Europeans once more," he added.
