South Korea Revises Travel Alert for Sri Lanka

COLOMBO (News 1st); South Korea has readjusted Sri Lanka’s travel alert, citing improved security and health situation.

The South Korean Embassy in Sri Lanka, quoting a Press Release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, said that Sri Lanka’s travel alert is readjusted from level 2 to level 1 as of July 1st 2024.

The revised alert, which reflects improved security and health situation, is expected to attract more Korean visitors to Sri Lanka.
