Calling of proposals to restructure 7 SOEs concludes

COLOMBO (News1st); The government said the calling of proposals with regard to the restructuring of seven State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) has been concluded.

The State-Owned Enterprise Restructuring Unit (SRU) said Litro Gas, SriLankan Airlines, Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT), Hilton Hotel, Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation (SLIC), Lanka Hospitals and Kelvin Holdings will be restructured.

The Unit said it received proposals from local and foreign companies.

Further measures related to the restructuring process will be carried out promptly.
