David Pine: New Zealand's New Envoy To Sri Lanka

COLOMBO (News 1st); New Zealand Foreign Minister Winston Peters has announced David Pine as the New High Commissioner to Sri Lanka.

David Pine is currently New Zealand’s High Commissioner to India and Bangladesh, and Ambassador designate to Nepal.

David Pine, the current High Commissioner in New Delhi since July 2020, will relocate to Colombo as the new High Commissioner to Sri Lanka.

He was New Zealand’s High Commissioner to Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam from March 2011 until taking a break from the foreign service in December 2014.
