Special traffic plan in Colombo

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A special traffic plan was implemented in Colombo until noon today, in line with the Independence Day celebrations.

Roads from Colpetty Junction to Galle Face and the roads from Ceramic Junction to Galle Face will be closed until the conclusion of the independence day ceremony.

The Railways Department says that all trains on the Coastal line will operate. Trains will not stop at the Colpetty and Bambalapitiya railway stations from 5 am to 9 am.
