Terrorists found safe haven in Canada - Sabry

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Reacting to the India-Canada diplomatic row, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Sabry has said that terrorists have found safe haven in Canada and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau came out with the outrageous allegations without any proof.

Speaking to India's ANI, he said that he is "not surprised" by his remarks since Trudeau keeps making "outrageous and substantiated allegations."

He said Canada did the same for Sri Lanka, a terrible, total lie about saying that Sri Lanka had a genocide.

Justin Trudeau on September 18 blamed India for the involvement in the shooting of Khalistan seperatist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada.

India had rejected the allegations as "absurd and motivated".
