Body with limbs bound, found in Rathgama lagoon

COLOMBO (News 1st); The body of a 28-year-old male was found in the Rathgama lagoon on Monday (18).
Sri Lanka Police said the body was found with the limbs bound.
Police said that the deceased was a resident of Gammadda in Rathgama, and was reported missing since Sunday (17).
