Largest studio at the Stein Studios named after late Mr. R. Rajamahendran

COLOMBO (News 1st): On the occasion of Sirasa TV's 25th anniversary, the largest studio at the Stein Studios, Ratmalana was dedicated to the former Chairman of the Capital Maharaja Group the late Mr. R. Rajamahendran.

Chairman of the Capital Maharaja Group, Sashi Rajamahendran, along with the senior management of the company attended this occasion.

“We are sitting here in the cradle of creativity. The future of media doesn't lie in TV, radio or digital, but in its production, and content. Everything else is just a means to transmit it. But we invested in this a long time ago knowing that our most valuable asset is intellectual property and the content we produce.'' Chairman of the Capital Maharaja Group Sashi Rajamahendran said during the event. 

Sunil Kanojia, Group Director and CEO of the Capital Maharaja Group, said: "Going by the preachings that Mr. R. Rajamahendran has given, let us rededicate ourselves in the larger interests of our people. Today we also celebrate the 25th anniversary of one of his creations - Sirasa TV - which has given us many wonderful memories and will do so for many years to come."

“Everywhere you go in Sri Lanka there is not a person who does not hold Mr. Rajamahendran's commitment leadership close in their hearts. And I think that makes today so much more special,” Group Director of the Capital Maharaja Group Chevaan Daniel said during the event.
