16-hour water cut to several areas in Colombo

COLOMBO (News 1st); The National Water Supply and Drainage Board said the water supply will be suspended in several areas in Colombo for 16 hours from 5pm on Saturday (09) till 9am on Sunday (10) morning, due to an essential maintenance work.
Accordingly, the water supply to Colombo 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 will be suspended during this period.
The Water Board said the water supply will be suspended due to essential maintenance work carried out under the energy conservation project to improve the water supply in Ambatale.
