16-hour water cut for several areas in Colombo

COLOMBO (News 1st); The National Water Supply and Drainage Board said water supply to several areas in Colombo will be suspended for 16 hours from 5pm on Friday (24).

The water cut will be in effect in Colombo 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15.

The water supply to the relevant areas will be suspended from 5pm on Friday (24) till 9am on Saturday (25).

The water cut is being implemented due to essential maintenance work by the energy conservation project to improve the water supply in Ambatale.
