Two arrested for Rs.16.3 Mn. job scam in Kuliyapitiya

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Two suspects who scammed 16.3 million rupees by promising people jobs in Japan have been arrested in Kuliyapitiya.
Police say that the suspects were arrested in relation to 7 complaints received in this regard.
The two arrested individuals are of ages 35 and 37 and are residents of Imbulgoda and Halmillewa.
