Restaurant owner shot dead at point blank range in Hanwella

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A restaurant owner was brutally killed when he was shot at point-blank range inside his business premises on Sunday (18) night.

Sri Lanka Police said that two armed men on a motorcycle had visited the premises and one of them opened fire at the victim using a pistol.

The motive for the killing is yet to be determined and the Hanwella Police is conducting further investigations.
