Liquor consumption drops by 30%

COLOMBO (News 1st) - State Minister of Finance Ranjith Siyabalapitiya says that the consumption of alcohol in the country has decreased by 30%.

The state minister said the production of legal liquor has increased by 11%.

He further said that the flooding of illegal alcohol in the market has decreased.
