One person injured in a shooting

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A shooting incident occurred in the Albert Peiris Mawatha area of Horana, resulting in the injury of a 33-year-old man.

According to police reports, the victim was targeted by two individuals riding a motorcycle who quickly fled the scene after the attack.

The victim, who was traveling in his Pickup at the time, sustained injuries from the shooting and has been hospitalized at Horana Base Hospital for treatment.
