Parents of Drug Suspect Arrested as Police Seize Over 1Kg of Heroin in Eppawala

COLOMBO (News 1st); Over one kilogram of heroin was discovered at the residence of a suspect who is currently in remand custody for a drug offense.
The drugs were discovered in the Eppawala area of Anuradhapura during a raid conducted by officers of the Anuradhapura Crime Division.
The suspect's parents were also arrested in connection with the incident.
