Three injured in a shooting at a house in Ragama

COLOMBO (News 1st); Three people have sustained injuries in a shooting at a house in Caritas, in Walpola, Ragama.

A 49-year-old working at a fish market, his mother and a 17-year-old youth from a neighboring house sustained injuries in the shooting.

They have been admitted to the Ragama Hospital.

Sri Lanka Police said the shooting was carried out by a group of people who arrived on a motorcycle on Thursday (14) night.

Investigations are underway to find the group involved in the shooting.
